9:55pm friday nite...

My last nite in atl. I've been blowing my nose, drinking hot tea, rearranging my suitcase so I don't go over the 50lb limit, and enjoying the company of my parents. I feel as if this journey is going to be an amazing one. I must remember that God is with me wherever I go...AMEN to that! As far as my emotions right now, I'm pretty much freaking out, yet filled with excitement and ready to get this adventure going!!! So, I'm going to bed now because I have both parents yelling at me to "GO TO SLEEP"...be back in 10 days, on this blog that is...good-bye, love ya'll, I'm AFRICA BOUND...

3 days to go...

Packing up my bag, saying good bye to friends, and tackling bronchitis. Am I really leaving for Africa in three days? Three more nights in my comfortable bed and three more American breakfasts to go. I'm living up all the comforts of home while I can...air conditioning, SVUs, and Diet Cokes are a thing of the past. So is boot camp but I am thankful for that. Thank you for all your love and support. I'm overwhelmed and grateful for all the love and encouragement sent my way.
